Location of System. The System will be installed in the physical location specified or depicted in Exhibit A. The Owner cannot relocate and connect the System at another premises or physical location without filing a new interconnection application with the City or requesting modifications to this Agreement allowing for connection at the alternate location. In the event that such approval is given, any relocation and installation of the System will be at the Owner’s sole expense.

Location of System. The System will be installed at the Customer’s premises located at the physical location specified or depicted in the attached Exhibit A. The Customer cannot relocate the System to another premises or physical location without the prior written approval of Utilities. If such approval is given, any relocation and installation of the System will be at the Customer’s sole expense.

Where the cable or wire facilities of the public utilities are installed underground, Company shall install its cable distribution system underground. Vaults and pedestals shall be suitably landscaped. In all areas where public utility lines are aerially placed, if subsequently during the term of this Franchise Agreement such utility lines are relocated underground, Company shall similarly relocate its cable distribution system underground at its sole expense. If other owners of utility lines or other users are entitled to reimbursement for such relocation costs and the source of funding for said reimbursement allows it, Company shall have its relocation costs reimbursed as well.
