LOCK KEYS. No additional locks or bolts of any kind shall be placed on any of the doors or windows by Lessee. Lessee shall, on the termination of Lessee's tenancy, deliver to Lessor all keys to any space within the Building either furnished to or otherwise procured by Lessee, and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the cost thereof. Lessee, before closing and leaving the Premises, shall ensure that all windows are closed and entrance doors locked. Nothing in this Paragraph 7 shall be deemed to prohibit Lessee from installing a burglar alarm within the Premises, provided: (1) Lessee obtains Lessor's consent which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; (2) Lessee supplies Lessor with copies of the plans and specifications of the system; (3) such installation shall not damage the Building; and (4) all costs of installation shall be borne solely by Lessee.

Tenant will, on the expiration or earlier termination of Tenant’s tenancy, deliver to Landlord all keys to any space within the Building either furnished to or otherwise procured by Tenant, and in the event of the loss of any keys furnished, Tenant will pay to Landlord the cost thereof. Tenant, before closing and leaving the Premises, will ensure that all windows are closed and entrance doors locked. Nothing in this Paragraph 7 will be deemed to prohibit Tenant from installing a security system within the Premises, provided: (1) Tenant obtains Landlord’s consent which will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed; (2) Tenant supplies Landlord with copies of the plans and specifications of the system; (3) such installation will not damage the Building or any Common Facilities; (4) all costs of installation and removal (if required by Landlord) will be borne solely by Tenant; and (5) Landlord is afforded the security code or other means of access to the Premises for purposes permitted under the Lease.

LOCK KEYS. Landlord will retain a key to the leased premises. In the event Tenant needs changes to the locks on the doors, Landlord may have the locks changed and keys made and delivered to Tenant at Tenant's expense. If Tenant needs additional keys, they may be obtained from Landlord or Xxxxxxx Lock & Key at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, 941-955-2049 at Tenant's expense. ALL KEYS to the premises must be surrendered upon termination of the Lease.

  • Keys Keys with tags attached indicating number and/or description of door or room each key is intended to fit attached to each key shall be delivered to the Owner. Contractor shall prepare and furnish with the keys an itemized key schedule in quintuplicate listing the door or room number and/or description, serial number of key, and number of keys being delivered for each door or lock.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Wiring When wiring of any kind is introduced, it must be connected as directed by Landlord, and no boring or cutting for wires will be allowed, except with the prior written consent of Landlord. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Roads The Purchaser is required to construct the roads shown in Table B-1 per the schedules stated, as shown on the Sale Map, Attachment A, and to the specifications and drawings in Attachment B and other applicable attachments.

  • LOCKS AND KEYS The RESIDENT MAY NOT install additional locking devices or other security devices in the PREMISES without the written consent from the MANAGEMENT.   • Stationary The Borrower will have its own separate stationary.

  • Access to the Site 22.1 The Contractor shall allow the Engineer and any person authorized by the Engineer access to the Site, to any place where work in connection with the Contract is being carried out or is intended to be carried out and to any place where materials or plant are being manufactured / fabricated / assembled for the works.
