Locker Search Sample Clauses

Locker Search. To the extent that lockers are currently provided to employees, it is understood between the parties that such lockers may only be entered in one (1) of the two (2) following circumstances:
Locker Search. A permanent, non-probationary employee will be provided with advance notice prior to a search of any locker assigned to the employee.
Locker Search. The Employer shall request the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (if readily available) or, if not readily available, an employee in the bargaining unit to be present whenever it becomes necessary for the Employer to open an employee’s locker.
Locker Search. No employee shall have his/her locker or other space for storage that may be assigned to him/her searched except in his/her presence and with his/her consent or unless a valid search warrant has been obtained or where he/she has been notified that a search will be conducted. This section shall apply only to lockers or other spaces for storage that are owned or leased by the City.

  • Moonlighting Employee will focus his/her professional time, ability, and attention on City business during the term of this Agreement. To the extent consistent with applicable law, Employee shall not engage in any other business duties or pursuits whatsoever or, directly or indirectly, render any services of a business, commercial, or professional nature to any other person or organization, whether for compensation or otherwise, without the prior consent of the City Manager, except that: (1) The expenditure of reasonable amounts of time not in conflict with the City's needs and interests, for educational, charitable, community, and professional activities, shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement and shall not require prior consent. (2) This Agreement shall not be interpreted to prohibit Employee from making passive personal investments or conducting private business affairs if those activities do not materially interfere with the services required under this Agreement or create conflicts of interest.

  • Lockers Where employees are required to change their uniforms in the course of their normal duties, and where space is available, lockers, which can be locked, shall be provided.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term. B. The following articles apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session: Recognition, Wages (range adjustment only), DCP, Travel, Health and Safety, Leaves, Holidays, Duration, Workspace and Instructional Support, Parking, Grievance and Arbitration, Waiver, Management and Academic Rights, No Strikes, Non-Discrimination, Union Access and Rights, Union Security, Discipline and Dismissal, Emergency Layoff, Employment Files and Evaluations, Definitions, Severability, Labor-Management Meetings, and Classifications. C. The remainder of the articles in the agreement does not apply to ASEs who are employed in the summer session. D. The topic of Summer Session, and effects of changes on terms and conditions of employment for ASEs employed in Summer Session, shall be reopened for bargaining commencing no later than January 2, 2001.

  • COVID-19 Vaccine Passports Pursuant to Texas Health and Safety Code, Section 161.0085(c), Contractor certifies that it does not require its customers to provide any documentation certifying the customer’s COVID-19 vaccination or post-transmission recovery on entry to, to gain access to, or to receive service from the Contractor’s business. Contractor acknowledges that such a vaccine or recovery requirement would make Contractor ineligible for a state-funded contract.
