Locker Search. To the extent that lockers are currently provided to employees, it is understood between the parties that such lockers may only be entered in one (1) of the two (2) following circumstances:
Locker Search. A permanent, non-probationary employee will be provided with advance notice prior to a search of any locker assigned to the employee.
Locker Search. The Employer shall request the Shop Xxxxxxx (if readily available) or, if not readily available, an employee in the bargaining unit to be present whenever it becomes necessary for the Employer to open an employee’s locker.
Locker Search. No employee shall have his/her locker or other space for storage that may be assigned to him/her searched except in his/her presence and with his/her consent or unless a valid search warrant has been obtained or where he/she has been notified that a search will be conducted. This section shall apply only to lockers or other spaces for storage that are owned or leased by the City.
