Common use of Long Form Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Long Form Evaluation. The long form evaluation requires two observations of not less than thirty (30) minutes each. At least one (1) observation will be preceded by a pre-observation conference, and all observations, pre-arranged and unannounced, will be followed by post-observation conferences. All post-observation conferences held with the employee and supervisor will take place within three school days of the observations.
