Long-Term Leaves of Absence. The director may grant a leave of absence without pay, not covered by any other provision of this Agreement, for nonmedical reasons for a period longer than 30 days. Requests for leaves of absence without pay that are for medical/health reasons for a period longer than 30 days must be approved by the Director of the Department of Human Resources.
