Annual Notification. Unit members on Category I long-term leaves must notify the Human Resource Services Division on or before March 1 of each year of the leave as to their intention either to extend the leave for another school year (if eligible), to return to paid service at the beginning of the next school year, or to resign from the District.

Annual Notification. The Board agrees that unit members will be notified as to the number of accumulated sick leave days annually via their employee portal.

Contractor agrees to submit to EOHHS for prior review and approval the written materials to be used to fulfill these requirements in accordance with Guidelines for Marketing and Member Communication Materials for Rhode Island’s Medicaid Managed Care Programs.
