Long-Term Service Premium. Effective April 1, 2018 employees who have or who achieve degrees or diplomas as outlined in Appendix A – 1.02, shall receive a long-term service premium of twenty-eight (28¢) cents per hour after completing five (5) years of service. Effective April 1, 2018 employees who do not have a degree or diploma as outlined in Appendix A – 1.02 shall receive a long-term service premium of twenty-eight (28¢) cents per hour after completing six (6) years of service.

  • Long Term Leave Any employee who declines a reappointment as a Teaching Assistant in order to interrupt his/her program of graduate study for a period not to exceed one (1) year will not jeopardize his/her consideration for reappointment under Article l3.03.

  • Longevity Stipend One (1) Renton Technical College longevity stipend in the amount of six hundred dollars ($600) will be paid annually in July to each qualifying employee who has ten (10) or more year’s seniority on July 5th.
