Longevity Premium. 309. Effective July 1, 1995- Notwithstanding the provisions of sub-sections (1), (2) or (3) of section III.I. SALARY STEP PLAN, after completion of ten (10) years of service for the City and thereafter in any classification an employee shall be granted an additional thirty cent ($.30) per hour longevity increment.
