Loss of attraction. We will indemnify you for loss of rent receivable resulting from interruption of or interference with the business in consequence of diminution of attraction to the premises following damage to property by any insured peril covered under section - property occurring at any other premises within a two hundred and fifty metres (250m) radius of any one of the premises, provided that: a) We shall not be liable for an amount representing the first four hours of such denial in respect of any occurrence; and b) our liability under this clause in respect of any one occurrence shall not exceed £100,000.

Loss of attraction. For the purpose of this extension: a) vicinity shall mean within one mile of the premises of the insured; and b) maximum indemnity period shall mean three months. The insurance provided by this Section extends to include loss resulting from interruption of or interference with the insured’s business directly caused by direct physical accidental damage by a cause not otherwise excluded to property of the type insured in the vicinity of the premises not encompassed by Section extension Denial of Access (Damage) that reduces the turnover that the insured would have received but for that damage, provided that the liability of the underwriter shall not exceed GBP10,000 in respect of any one occurrence and in the aggregate during any one period of insurance and liability shall not apply until 48 consecutive hours has been exceeded..
Loss of attraction. We will indemnify you for loss as covered by this section in consequence of diminution of attraction to the premises following damage to property occurring at any other site within a one (1) mile radius of any of the premises, provided that our liability under this clause in respect of any one (1) occurrence shall not exceed £50,000.
Loss of attraction. This Contract covers the actual loss sustained, by the Insured, as insured by this Contract resulting from interruption of or interference with the Business caused by physical loss or physical damage by an Insured Event, to Attraction Property(ies) located within 1,000 metres of the Insured’s Premises, which attracts business to the Insured Location. Attraction Property is limited to: • Transportation hubs • Iconic or historic buildings open to the public • National monuments • Stadia, sports and entertainment venues • Shopping malls • Theme parks • Religious centres or major places of worship • Office complexes with buildings of over 10 stories • Hotels with more than 150 beds Coverage under this extension; 1) excludes loss resulting from interruption of or interference with the Business that is covered under the separate Denial of Access including civil or military order, Ingress / Egress or Service Interruption extensions included in this Contract. 2) is limited to an Attraction Property within the Territorial limits, as stated within the Risk Details. The Maximum Indemnity Period under this Extension is 60 days.
