Loss of Keys. Share Tokens may be lost or become inaccessible in particular if the holder of Share Tokens loses the respective private key to their Share Tokens or due to malfunctioning or incompatibilities of the wallet in which the Share Tokens are stored. This could also lead to the loss of the Share Tokens. Moreover, it is the responsibility of the Token Holder not to lose the key or password that allows access to the wallet.

Loss of Keys a. The Guest is responsible for any repair of any locks broken (and/or lost key(s)) during the course of the agreement, and the costs of any call-out fee to the Provider or locksmiths attending the premises, to gain access to the room or any part of the house. b. The Guest must pay the fees listed in “Other fees table” to cover any lost keys. Locksmiths are above and beyond this amount.
Loss of Keys. If within the Operative Time an Insured Person sustains theft or loss of or damage to their Keys during an Insured Journey the Company shall indemnify the Insured for the benefit of the Insured Person for the replacement and fitting costs of lock mechanisms and the reprogramming of remote control car keys up to the Sum Insured per Insured Journey shown in the Business Travel Specification.

Loss of Keys. (as of 09.03.2017) In addition to § 1, 3 of the General Conditions for Liability Insurance and notwithstanding § 4 I 6 a) of the General Conditions for Liability Insurance, statutory liability arising from the loss of third parties’ keys or code cards (including general master keys for a central locking system) that were lawfully in the possession of the insured person is included. This addition also applies to the diving instructor’s work keys. Insurance cover is limited to statutory liability claims resulting from the costs for the necessary changing of locks and locking systems and for temporary security measures (emergency lock) and resulting from the costs for reprogramming code cards and property protection for up to 14 days from the time when the loss of the key was discovered. The insurance cover is offered in addition to existing private liability insurance covers. The indemnity per diving instructor is EUR 20,000 per insured event and is available twice for all losses in one insurance year as part of the agreed insured sum for other losses (property damage and financial losses). The following is / are not insured: 1. liability arising from the loss of safe and furniture keys and other keys to movable property; 2. claims as a result of the consequential losses of the loss of keys (e.g. as a result of a burglary). Excess to be paid by the policyholder per loss: EUR 100.

Alternatively the Tenant may opt to replace any lost keys or other security devices at its own cost including where necessary the instruction of an appropriately certified locksmith. Within seven days of receipt thereof, to send to the Landlord all correspondence addressed to the Landlord or the owner of the Property and any notice, order or proposal relating to the Property (or any building of which the Property forms part) given, made or issued under or by virtue of any statute, regulation, order, direction or bye-law by any competent authority; If the Tenant breaches this agreement or fails to fulfill any of its obligations under this Agreement. The Tenant shall pay any reasonable costs properly incurred by the Landlord in remedying such breaches or in connection with the enforcement of those obligation; To properly secure all locks and bolts to the doors, windows and other openings when leaving the Property unattended and where the Property is left vacant for more than 28 consecutive days and the rent is paid, to notify the Landlord and to allow him access to the property in order to secure it where necessary; If the Property is to be left unoccupied for more than 48 hours the Tenant must at their own expense, take all reasonable steps that are necessary or pre...

Loss of Keys and replacement of locks - This insurance will indemnify the company against the sums which they are liable to pay in the event of loss of keys which necessitates the replacement, changing or alterations of locks. The sum insured is limited to £25,000.00
