Common use of Lunch and Rest Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch and Rest Periods. (a) No employee shall be worked longer than four (4) hours with an uninterrupted minimum half (1/2) hour off during the regular daily shift, exclusive of rest periods. During the first daily shift, this break will commence at 12:30 P.M. and end at 1:00 P.M. (thirty [30] minutes).
