- Benefits Calculations and Accruals. For purposes of benefit plan administration, all compensated hours (exclusive of overtime hours and workers' compensation, unemployment compensation or similar insured compensation payments) shall be considered hours worked for all benefit accruals provided for by this Agreement. Benefit accruals shall be based upon a proportionate number of straight-time compensated hours only.
