Lunch and Rest Periods. 16.01 Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break for each half (½) shift worked [i.e: four (4) hrs.]. Employees working seven (7) hours or more per day shall be entitled to a second fifteen (15) minute paid break. Employees working more than five (5) hours per day shall be entitled to a half (½) hour unpaid lunch break.
