Common use of Lunch and Rest Periods Clause in Contracts

Lunch and Rest Periods. ‌ As approved by the Department Head, lunch periods shall be a minimum of one- half hour to a maximum of one hour. Employees shall receive a rest break of fifteen (15) minutes during each four-hour shift.
