Maintaining Current Benefits. Except as this agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, all terms and conditions of employment applicable on the effective date of this agreement shall continue to be so applicable during the term of this agreement. Unless otherwise provided in this agreement, nothing contained herein shall be interpreted and/or applied so as to eliminate, reduce, or otherwise detract from any administrator's benefits existing prior to its effective date.
Maintaining Current Benefits. Except as this Agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, all terms and conditions of employment included in Article VI, Benefits, applicable on the effective date of the Agreement, shall continue to be so applicable during the term of this Agreement. Terms and conditions of employment agreed to in this document shall remain in effect for the duration of the Agreement and shall not be changed or altered unless agreed to in writing by both parties.

During the term of this Agreement, neither party shall be required to negotiate with respect to any such matter whether or not covered by this Agreement and whether or not within the knowledge or contemplation of either or both if the parties at the times they negotiated or executed this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be modified in whole or in part by the parties except by an instrument in writing duly executed by both parties. This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2017 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2020 subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement, as provided therein.
Maintaining Current Benefits. Except as this Agreement shall hereinafter otherwise provide, all benefits applicable on the effective date of this Agreement shall continue to be so applicable during the term of this Agreement.
Maintaining Current Benefits. If for any reason, there is a lapse of continuity of one contract to the next, all working conditions as stated in the current contract will remain in effect. Salaries (exclusive of longevity) shall also remain unchanged until ratification of the successor contract.
Maintaining Current Benefits. Proposed new rules or modifications of existing rules governing working conditions shall be negotiated with the Association before they are established.
Maintaining Current Benefits. All terms and conditions as stated in this agreement shall be extended until a successor agreement is ratified by the Board of Education and the Council membership, except as specified.
Maintaining Current Benefits. In the event that a successor agreement is not achieved prior to the final date of the term of this agreement, all provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect until a successor agreement has been negotiated.
Maintaining Current Benefits. In the event that a successor agreement is not concluded prior to the expiration dates indicated in this contract, the salary guide, fringe, and leave benefits of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as a successor is concluded.
