Council Membership. CSEA will make all appointments of classified employees in the bargaining unit to serve as CSEA representatives on the following shared governance councils: • College Council • Budget Council • Facilities Council • Human Resources Council • Institutional Effectiveness Council • Student Learning Council • Student Services Council • Technology Council
Council Membership. The council will be composed of the Superintendent, one (1) administrator representing each of the buildings of the district, and four (4) CEA members chosen by the Association, providing representation from each of the buildings in the district. Board members and the Treasurer shall receive prior notification of the date(s) of council meetings and may attend meetings at their discretion.

Council Membership. If any additional Union is later recognized or certified to represent a group of employees of the Company, or if any Union should be substituted for any one of the Unions party to this Agreement, the Council will, if it is appropriate, make provision for such Union to become a member of and to participate in the activities of the Council if the said Union agrees to the terms and conditions of membership in the Council.
Council Membership. The Official Board of each Charge will select three people to the Council, six voting members in total. One member must be a representative from the M&P Committee for the Charge, one must be from Official Board, and the other can be selected from the Charge. The Chair and Recording Secretary of the Cooperative Ministry Council will be elected by the membership of the Council. The Minister of the Pastoral Charges (Middle and Lower Musquodoboit) will be an ex officio member of the Committee.

15 6.5 Upon written request of ADMINISTRATOR, CONTRACTOR shall prepare 16 and submit a plan outlining recruitment, including efforts to obtain members 17 from unrepresented categories develop membership representation, as described 18 in Subparagraphs 6.1 through 6.4 above, and retention of CAPC members.

Neither the Employer nor the Council shall interfere with the rights of employees to become or refuse to become members of the Lodge, and there shall be no discrimination against any employee because of Council membership or non- membership activity or status.
