Maintenance Company. Upon completion of the Project and until the formation of the Association, the Promoter will hand over its management for maintenance to the Maintenance Company for which the Allottee may be required to execute an agreement (“Maintenance Agreement”) with the Maintenance Company.
Maintenance Company. Establishment and all other capital and operational expenses of the Maintenance Company.
