Maintenance Manual. 12.3.1. No later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with IE&A, evolve a repair, operation and maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Silo Complex in conformity with the Standards and Specifications, Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority and 2 (two) copies to the IE&A.
