Common use of Maintenance Manual Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Manual. 17.3.1 No later than 90 (ninety) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Independent Engineer, evolve a repair and maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority and 2 (two) copies to the Independent Engineer. With Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire SPD shall, in consultation with the Independent Railway Electrical Engineer, evolve a repair and maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Solar Rooftop Power System in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority Railways and 2 (two) copies to the Independent Railway Electrical Engineer. The Maintenance Manual shall be revised and updated once every 3 (three) years and the provisions of this Clause 17.3 15.3 shall apply apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision. 17.3.2 15.2.2. Without prejudice to the provision of Clause 17.3.115.3.1, the Maintenance Manual shall, in particular, include provisions for maintenance of Project Assets and shall provide for life cycle maintenance, routine maintenance and reactive maintenance which may be reasonably necessary for maintenance and repair of the Project/Project Assets, including replacement thereof, such that their its overall condition conforms to Good Industry Practice.
