Maintenance Manual. 17.3.1 No later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days prior to the Scheduled Completion Date, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Independent Engineer, evolve a repair, operation and maintenance manual (the "Maintenance Manual") for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Bus Terminal in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority and 2 (two) copies to the Independent Engineer. After the completion of tenure of Independent Engineer in terms of its engagement, the Maintenance Committee shall take decisions related to any revision or updation required in the Maintenance Manual and the provisions of this Clause 17.3 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision.
