Common use of Maintenance Manual Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Manual. The Professional shall compile and provide a Maintenance Manual consisting of two parts: Part One Inventory shall contain a list of all systems and pieces of equipment to be maintained, and the technical information necessary to order spare parts. Manufacturer’s catalogs are considered useful adjuncts, but should not be substituted for the Inventory section of the Maintenance Manual. Part Two Maintenance Program shall contain the information necessary to perform breakdown, preventative and predictive maintenance, including written information regarding when and how often to perform maintenance in the most efficient and economical fashion to satisfy tenant needs.
