Common use of Maintenance Manual Clause in Contracts

Maintenance Manual. 17.3.1 Not later than 180 (one hundred and eighty) days prior to the COD of Phase I, the Concessionaire shall, in consultation with the Monitoring Agency, evolve a repair and maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”), for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Hospital in conformity with the Maintenance Requirements, Safety Requirements and Good Industry Practice and shall provide 1 (one) copy thereof, each to the Authority and the Monitoring Agency. Within 60 (sixty) days of receipt of the Maintenance Manual, the Authority shall review and convey its comments to the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire shall modify the Maintenance Manual, in accordance with the comments provided by the Authority and provide 5 (five copies thereof to the Authority and 2 (two) copies to the Monitoring Agency. 17.3.2 The Maintenance Manual, which shall outline the preventive, scheduled and reactive maintenance provisions, shall be revised and updated once every 2 (two) years and the provisions of this Clause 17.3 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision.
