Maintenance of Licensed Premises. A. Licensee shall preserve and maintain the Licensed Premises in good and clean condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Licensee is solely responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the Licensed Premises.
Maintenance of Licensed Premises. MGI shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep each Licensed Premises in good order and condition and in a clean and sanitary condition. If MGI fails to perform its obligations under this Section 3.8, VONS may at its option (but shall not be required to), upon reasonable notice, enter upon the Licensed Premises and put the same in good order and condition and in a clean and sanitary condition, and the reasonable cost thereof shall be immediately due and payable from MGI to VONS. VONS will continue to include the Licensed Premises in the sweeping of the Store floors on at least a daily basis.
Maintenance of Licensed Premises. OPERATOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, keep all of the Licensed Premises in good order and condition and in a clean and sanitary condition. If OPERATOR fails to perform its obligations under this Section, LICENSOR may at its option (but shall not be required to) and upon reasonable notice, enter upon the Licensed Premises and put the same in good order and condition and in a clean and sanitary condition, and the reasonable cost thereof shall be reimbursed by OPERATOR to LICENSOR. LICENSOR agrees to to include the Licensed Premises in its program of sweeping the floors of its facilities on at least a daily basis at no charge to OPERATOR.
Maintenance of Licensed Premises. Licensee shall at all times maintain the licensed premises in good condition and repair and keep the premises in a neat and orderly condition.
Maintenance of Licensed Premises. During the course of the activities on the Licensed Premises set forth in Section 4 hereof, Licensee will keep the Licensed Premises in clean, safe and sanitary condition, will take good care thereof, and will suffer no waste or injury thereto. Any and all injury, breakage or damage to the Licensed Premises arising from any cause, done by Licensee or its agents, contractors, servants or employees, shall be repaired by Licensee at its sole expense.

Maintenance of Licensed Premises. CITY will maintain the Tower in a proper operating and safe condition, and in compliance with all applicable laws. All costs associated with the maintenance and repair of the Tower, including painting, will be paid by CITY, unless the damage to the Tower is caused by DISH, in which case DISH shall repair such damage or, at CITY’s option, reimburse CITY for the costs and expenses incurred by CITY to repair the damage. DISH shall, throughout any term of this Agreement, at its own cost and expense, keep and maintain the Communications Facilities and all appurtenances thereto including all constructed improvements in good, sanitary, lawful and neat order, condition, and repair, excluding any of CITY’s property and CITY or other entity’s equipment from the licensed Premises, and non-antenna appurtenances. Neither DISH nor any other party shall be allowed to display any signage or advertisement on the Tower, on any building within the Premises or anywhere on the Premises, except as required by law. DISH shall take all reasonable necessary measures and precautions to prevent unauthorized persons access to the Premises, buildings located on the Premises, and to the Tower, and shall have the right to construct a fence around the Premises or Communications Facilities, install warning signs to make individuals aware of risks, install protective barriers, install any other control measures reasonably required by DISH’s safety procedures or applicable law, and undertake any other appropriate means to secure the Premises or Communications Facilities at DISH’s expense.
