- Maintenance of Salaries and Benefits. Notwithstanding any other provision of this MOU to the contrary: It is the intent of the Parties that during the term of this MOU, appropriate differentials in salaries be maintained between Members and their subordinates and that Members receive a level of benefits at least equal with those granted to other bargaining units in the Department.
