Maintenance of Stock. 25.1 You must keep the cellar in a condition suitable for the storage of wet and dry products and comply with good practice in relation to the storage of goods and drinks in the cellar.
Maintenance of Stock. The Distributor shall maintain, on its own account, sufficient inventory of the Products so that it can meet all its orders without delay.

Maintenance of Stock. Mylan and Forest will cooperate to comply with Section 9.1 of the Xxxxxxx Agreement with respect to maintaining sufficient stock of Products. In addition to the requirements of Section 9.1 of the Xxxxxxx Agreement, the manufacturing Party shall maintain a safety stock of the Product, Compound and all other raw materials necessary to manufacture the Product in accordance with guidelines to be determined by the JDC.
