Maintenance of Work Apparel. (a) The Employer shall be responsible for the laundering, dry cleaning and maintenance of all apparel supplied by the Employer. Where an employee is required to maintain, clean or repair the uniform or clothing issued, the employee shall receive an allowance of $23.50 per month effective April 1, 2001, $24.00 per month effective March 31, 2002, and (b) Dry cleaning or laundering which is required as a result of an unusual incident occurring while on duty shall be the responsibility of the Employer.
