Contract Period and Renewal The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on March 15, 2021, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The Parties may extend this Contract subject to mutually agreeable terms and conditions.
Maintenance Period During the Maintenance Period the Developer shall at its own expense maintain repair and otherwise keep the Works in good working order and repair to the reasonable satisfaction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx unless xxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall declare that any required maintenance and/or repair is an emergency in which case the Developer shall carry out the said maintenance and/or repair immediately
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of such Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas. The Promoter shall endeavour that the committee responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Common Areas will be required to provide manpower for maintaining the Common Areas, wherever required, and to collect maintenance charges and also guest charges and the user charges for the utilities being provided on “pay by use” basis, if any. The maintenance and management of Common Areas by the committee will primarily include but not limited to maintenance of water works, common electrical installations, DG Sets, landscaping, driveways, parking areas, lobbies, lifts and staircases, AMC’s etc. It will also include safety and security of the Project such as fire detection and protection and management of general security control of the Project. The Rules/ Bye Laws to regulate the use and maintenance of the Common Areas shall during the interim maintenance period shall be framed by the Promoter with such restrictions as may be necessary for proper maintenance and all the Allottees are bound to follow the same. After the Common Areas of the Project are handed over to the Association, the Association may adopt the Rules and the Bye laws framed by the Promoter, with or without amendments, as may be deemed necessary by the Association.
Vehicle Maintenance 16.1 You must report to thl as soon as possible, where the oil is above or below the recommended level or the warning indication light is illuminated.
16.2 You must add water/coolant to the cooling system and an appropriate Australian Society of Automotive Engineers rated oil for petrol or diesel powered vehicles (as applicable) to the engine if the indicator level is below minimum.
16.3 You agree to maintain the Vehicle in these conditions and acknowledge that any mechanical damage occasioned as a result of Your failure to maintain the Vehicle in accordance with this clause must be paid by You.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director - Marketing Services, Associate Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2024 and terminating on June 30, 2025. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
2. For the 2024-2025 contract year, the Administrator shall receive an annual salary of $178,054.00 subject to applicable deductions, to be paid in bi-weekly installments as full compensation for all rights granted and service performed under this Contract.
Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.
Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.
REIMBURSEMENT FOR MILEAGE AND INSURANCE 1. An employee who is required by their employer to use their private vehicle for school district related purposes shall receive reimbursement of: Effective July 1, 2019 $ 0.56 c/Km Effective July 1, 2020 $ 0.57 c/Km Effective July 1, 2021 $ 0.58 c/Km
2. The mileage reimbursement rate established in Article B.10.1 shall be increased by 5 cents/kilometer for travel that is approved and required on unpaved roads.
3. The employer shall reimburse an employee who is required to use their personal vehicle for school district purposes, the difference in premium costs between ICBC rate Class 002 (Pleasure to/from Work) and ICBC rate Class 007 (Business Class) where the employee is required to purchase additional insurance in order to comply with ICBC regulations respecting the use of one’s personal vehicle for business purposes.
Unscheduled Maintenance Unscheduled maintenance may be required to resolve issues that are critical for Customer and/or performance of the Cloud Services. Druva will use its commercially reasonable efforts to notify Customer at least six (6) hours prior to the unscheduled maintenance.
Maintenance and Insurance (a) The Company shall maintain or cause to be maintained, at its own expense, all of its assets and properties in good working order and condition, making all necessary repairs thereto and renewals and replacements thereof.
(b) The Company shall maintain or cause to be maintained, at its own expense, insurance in form, substance and amounts (including deductibles), which the Company deems reasonably necessary to the Company's business, (i) adequate to insure all assets and properties of the Company, which assets and properties are of a character usually insured by persons engaged in the same or similar business against loss or damage resulting from fire or other risks included in an extended coverage policy; (ii) against public liability and other tort claims that may be incurred by the Company; (iii) as may be required by the Transaction Documents and/or applicable law and (iv) as may be reasonably requested by Secured Party, all with adequate, financially sound and reputable insurers.
