Maintenance Road Clause Samples

The Maintenance Road clause defines the obligations and rights related to the upkeep and use of a designated road, typically used for accessing a property or project site for maintenance purposes. It usually specifies who is responsible for maintaining the road, the standards to which it must be kept, and any restrictions or permissions regarding its use by different parties. For example, it may require the property owner or a third party to ensure the road remains passable and safe for vehicles involved in maintenance activities. The core function of this clause is to ensure reliable access for maintenance, thereby preventing disputes and operational delays due to road condition issues.
