MAJOR COMPONENT FOR APPLIANCES. Major Component coverage, when purchased alone, only covers the Major Component part and associated labor if purchased for five (5) years from the date of purchase of the Covered Product. This plan does not include any special benefits such as food loss. Major Component coverage, when purchased in conjunction with a major appliance comprehensive Parts & Labor Repair Plan, covers the Major Component part and associated labor if purchased for an additional five (5) years of coverage beginning upon the expiration of the comprehensive Parts & Labor Repair Plan. Major Component coverage is only for the Major Component parts and associated labor if purchased in the event of a mechanical or electrical failure of the major component and does not include trip charges, or any other parts that should fail. This plan does not include any special benefits such as food loss. To file a major component claim, You must first contact the Administrator to obtain a service order. Once a service order is obtained, the unit can be repaired and the detailed service invoice submitted to the Administrator for reimbursement of the eligible and covered portions of the repair as referenced in the section titled “Customer Reimbursement”. The Administrator is not responsible for repairs that are not included under this Agreement. Major Component Parts Covered: • Refrigerator/Freezer/Wine Cooler - Parts to repair or replace the sealed refrigeration system only for covered refrigerator, freezer, or wine cooler. The sealed refrigeration system consists of compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier and all connecting tubing. • Range/Cooktop/Wall Oven – Parts to repair or replace electric or gas heating elements. Coverage includes a glass ceramic cooktop if due to Thermal Breakage. Coverage excludes Halogen burners on ceramic tops and induction elements. • Microwave Oven - Parts to repair or replace the microwave magnetron tube only. • Dishwasher – Parts to repair or replace the motor/pump assembly only. • Range Hood – Parts to repair or replace the ventilation motor only. • Clothes Washer – Parts to repair or replace the washer transmission (top load); motor and center post assembly (front load); drum motor (all-in-one); or washer motor (washer/dryer combo). • Dryer Motor – Parts to repair or replace the dryer motor only. • Air Conditioner/Room Dehumidifier - Parts to repair or replace the sealed refrigeration system only for covered air conditioner or room dehumidifier. The sealed refrigeration system consists of compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier and all connecting tubing. Coverage includes Window Units, Thru-Wall Units and Zoneline Units. • Warming Drawer – Parts to repair or replace the electronic control board only.

  • Payment for Working Overtime (a) For all work done outside ordinary hours, the rates of pay will be time and a half for the first two hours and double time thereafter.   • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Testing of Metering Equipment Connecting Transmission Owner shall inspect and test all of its Metering Equipment upon installation and at least once every two (2) years thereafter. If requested to do so by NYISO or Developer, Connecting Transmission Owner shall, at Developer’s expense, inspect or test Metering Equipment more frequently than every two (2) years. Connecting Transmission Owner shall give reasonable notice of the time when any inspection or test shall take place, and Developer and NYISO may have representatives present at the test or inspection. If at any time Metering Equipment is found to be inaccurate or defective, it shall be adjusted, repaired or replaced at Developer’s expense, in order to provide accurate metering, unless the inaccuracy or defect is due to Connecting Transmission Owner’s failure to maintain, then Connecting Transmission Owner shall pay. If Metering Equipment fails to register, or if the measurement made by Metering Equipment during a test varies by more than two percent from the measurement made by the standard meter used in the test, Connecting Transmission Owner shall adjust the measurements by correcting all measurements for the period during which Metering Equipment was in error by using Developer’s check meters, if installed. If no such check meters are installed or if the period cannot be reasonably ascertained, the adjustment shall be for the period immediately preceding the test of the Metering Equipment equal to one-half the time from the date of the last previous test of the Metering Equipment. The NYISO shall reserve the right to review all associated metering equipment installation on the Developer’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s property at any time.
