Management Access to Rooms. By signing a Licence or Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement, residents agree to give access to Rooms/Flats on the following basis: Purpose of Entry: Minimum Notice which must be given to you In an emergency, fumigation or for urgent repairs Without notice To carry out repairs and maintenance which you have requested Without notice To carry out general repairs and maintenance 48 hours To inspect the Room/Flat 48 hours To show the Room/Flat to prospective residents and/or on University Open Days 48 hours, but the Room/Flat can during the last 14 calendar days of your occupancy and on University Open Days be shown a reasonable number of times after such notice has been given. If Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security has reason to believe that you have abandoned the Room Without notice If Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security suspects that a person other than you is residing in the Room or the Flat Common Areas Without notice If Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security suspects that you or a person in your room breaches Rule 21 in relation to drugs or any other rule that amount to serious misconduct. Without Notice Where notice is required to be given pursuant to the above, Village Management, Village Staff and Village Security will not be able to specify the exact time or day that access will be required but rather a time period in which the entry may take place.

By signing a Student Tenancy Agreement, a tenant agrees to give access to Rooms/Flats on the following basis: Purpose of Entry: Minimum Notice which must be given to you In an emergency or for urgent repairs Without notice To carry out repairs and maintenance which you have requested Without notice unless expressly requested by Tenant to be present To carry out general repairs and maintenance 24 hours notice (no subject to tenant’s response) To inspect the Room/Flat 24 hours notice (no subject to tenant’s response) If the Landlord has a reason to believe that you have abandoned the Room 2 weeks notice to the Tenant, if not responded the Landlord may enter the Room/ Flat If the Landlord suspects that a person other than the Tenant is residing in the Room or the Flat or Common Areas 24 hours notice (no subject to tenant’s response)
Management Access to Rooms. By signing a Residential Agreement and without limiting any provision of the Residential Agreement, Residents agree to give access to Rooms/Apartments as set out in the Minimum Notice Table below (for the avoidance of doubt, Village management is not required to give notice to access and/or inspect Apartment Common Areas in multi-bedroom Apartments). Notwithstanding the Minimum Notice Table below:
