MANAGEMENT OF THE WORKS. (a) Planning and Programming The Contractor’s programme must be based on the interim milestone dates for completion specified in Table C3.5.1 below and the Working Times defined in the Procedure Manual for Working Airside (Volume 5). Arrange and monitor a programme with each subcontractor, supplier, local authority and statutory undertaker, and obtain and supply information as necessary for co-ordination of the work.

The Project Manager shall procure, under any agreement entered into with a Contractor, that such Contractor carries out any work or duty in relation to the Works in a manner which is not inconsistent with this Agreement and which is in compliance with Applicable Law in New Caledonia as provided under this Agreement.
