Mandatory Meeting Pay. Employees who are required to attend work-related meetings or classes at times when they are not scheduled to work shall earn two (2) hours of straight time pay or one and one-half (1 ½) times their regular hourly rate for the hours actually worked, whichever is greater. The minimum pay provisions of this section shall not apply when the required work is immediately adjacent to the employee’s scheduled work shift.
