Common use of Mandatory Meetings Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Meetings. The Employer may require the employee to attend certain meetings. Should attendance be required, the Employer will provide a minimum of fourteen (14) days advance notice. Employees will be paid for actual time in attendance. The Employer agrees to schedule staff meetings during regular working hours whenever possible. Employees who choose to attend will be paid for actual time in attendance. Meetings minutes will be posted electronically. Employees who choose not to attend will be responsible for reading staff meeting minutes and following direction, etc. contained therein.
