Employer Meetings. An employee authorized by the Employer to attend a meeting that is scheduled prior to or after their shift shall have such time considered on overtime and shall be paid in accordance with Article 16.02 for time spent outside of their shift.
Employer Meetings. The Employer shall pay the regular hourly rate or appropriate overtime rate for all employees required to attend meetings of the Employer (e.g., WHMIS, Dangerous Goods meetings, etc.).
Employer Meetings. Members of the bargaining unit who attend meetings called by the Employer shall be paid for all such time under the terms of the Collective Agreement.
Employer Meetings. 10.01 A Labour/Management Committee shall be formed consisting of representatives of the Employer and the members of the Union Committee.
10.02 Where there are matters of mutual concern and interest that would be beneficial if discussed at a Labour/Management Committee meeting during the term of this Agreement the following protocol will take place. A request for such meeting will be made in writing at least one (1) week prior to the date proposed accompanied by an agenda of matters proposed to be discussed, which shall not include matters that are properly the subject of negotiations for the amendment or renewal of this Agreement.
10.03 A representative attending such meeting shall be paid for wages lost from regularly scheduled hours. A Union staff member may attend as a representative of the Union. Meetings will be held quarterly unless otherwise agreed.
Employer Meetings. Employees shall be compensated at the applicable rate of pay for all time spent at meetings where attendance is required by the Employer. Employees will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours when coming to the hospital for mandatory meetings on a scheduled day off.
Employer Meetings. The Employer may meet periodically with the employees for the purpose of discussing any matters of mutual interest or concern to the Employer, the Union, and the employees. A union representative may attend such meetings.
Employer Meetings. Where meetings are held at the request of the Employer during normal working hours, the employee shall receive the rate of pay that the employee had been scheduled to earn for that day.
Employer Meetings. Nurses shall be compensated at the applicable rate of pay for all time spent at meetings where attendance is required by the Employer. RNs will be paid a minimum of two (2) hours when coming to the Medical Center for mandatory meetings on a scheduled day off.
Employer Meetings. Employees authorized to attend any Employer meeting which is scheduled away from the facility shall be entitled to compensation at official duty rates and reimbursement of Employer approved travel expenses.
Employer Meetings. The Scheme Administrator will arrange meetings with the 6 Unitary Authorities on a quarterly basis and with other Scheme Employers on an annual basis throughout the year.
