Mandatory Meetings. A. If employees are required by a department head to attend a scheduled mandatory meeting outside of their regularly scheduled work day, they shall be paid for the actual hours attending the meeting, or a minimum of four (4) hours, whichever is greater. B. Such time will be considered administrative duty.
