MANNER OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES. 15.1 The Contractor shall perform the Services with all due care, skill and diligence, and in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice. Timely provision of the Services is of the essence of the Contract.
15.2 The Services shall be performed by the Contractor only on Approved Sites.
15.3 The Contractor, shall upon the instruction of the Authority‟s Representative:
a. remove from the Authority‟s Premises any materials which are not in accordance with Section 4: Statement of Service Requirements, and substitute proper and suitable materials; and
b. remove and properly execute any work which is not in accordance with the Contract, irrespective of any previous testing or payment by the Authority. The Contractor shall at its own expense complete the re-executed work correctly in accordance with the Contract within such reasonable time as the Authority may specify.
15.4 The signing by the Authority's Representative of time sheets or other similar documents shall not be construed as implying the Contractor's compliance with the Contract.

MANNER OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES. 17.1 The Contractor shall perform the Services with all due care, skill and diligence, and in accordance with good industry practice. Timely provision of the Key Milestones is of the essence of the Contract.
17.2 The Services shall be performed only on Approved Authority or Contractor Sites.
17.3 The Contractor shall, upon the instruction of the Authority's Representative: -
17.3.1 remove from the Authority's Premises any materials that are not in accordance with the Agreement or subsequent Contract.
17.3.2 remove and properly re-execute any work that is not in accordance with the Agreement, irrespective of any previous testing or payment by the Authority. The Contractor shall at his own expense complete the re- executed work correctly in accordance with any Contract awarded within such reasonable time as the Authority may specify.
17.4 The signing by the Authority's Representative of time sheets or other similar documents shall not be construed as implying the Contractor's compliance with any Contract awarded.
MANNER OF PROVIDING THE SERVICES. 12.1 The Contractor shall perform all Call-Off Contracts with all due care, skill, and diligence, and in accordance with the Authority’s instructions. Timely provision of the Services is of the essence to the Framework Agreement.
12.2 The Contractor shall, upon the instruction of the Authority’s Representative:-
a) immediately remove from the Authority’s Premises any Staff that are not in accordance with Clause 8 and
b) remove and properly re-execute any work, which is not in accordance with the Framework Agreement, irrespective of any previous testing, or payment by the Authority. The Contractor shall at his own expense complete the re-executed work correctly in accordance with the Framework Agreement within such reasonable time as the Authority may specify.
12.3 The signing by the Authority’s Representative of time sheets or other similar documents shall not be construed as implying the Contractor’s compliance with the Framework Agreement.
12.4 In the event of, and only to the extent of, any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Framework Agreement and the terms and conditions of a Call-Off Contract, the terms and Conditions of this Framework Agreement shall prevail.

15.5 Where the Contractor is a Private Security Company and/or Private Security Service Providers, reference Appendix E - Code of Conduct for Private Security Companies and Private Security Service Providers, the Contractor shall provide the Services in accordance with said Appendix.

The Contractor is responsible for discharging a duty of care to all passengers in its charge. The Contractor shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Services in accordance with any timescales agreed in writing between the parties.
14.2 If any of the Services are performed on land or buildings owned or occupied by the Authority, such Services shall be performed only on

7.2 The Contractor‟s staff used in the delivery of the defined Services (Section 4) shall not be substituted for the duration of the assignment except in the cases of resignation, illness, or due to other factors outside of the Contractors control. Thereafter Contractor‟s staff may only be changed with the express agreement of the Authority‟s Representative.
