MAP Integrated Appeals and Grievances Demonstration Closeout. Upon conclusion of the MAP Integrated Appeals and Grievances Demonstration, the Health Plan shall comply with any required closeout procedures related to appeals administration and/or reporting in accordance with the MAP Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Health Plan’s FIDE D-SNP shall implement unified appeals and grievances process established for applicable integrated plans (AIP) per CMS regulations.
