Marble paving. TS-449 Marble pavings shall generally be 30 mm thick and the size, type and pattern shall be as stated in the Particular Specification and/or shown on the Drawings. The marble slabs shall be fixed solid on a bed of cement and sand (1:4) mix 30 mm thick with tight joints grouted in lime putty. A Protective slurry of lime putty at least 3 mm thick shall be applied to the marble pavings and subsequently cleaned off.

  • Fences Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner.   • Glazing All new and replacement exterior windows shall have sealed, low emmissivity, insulating glass units which are manufactured by members of SIGMA and IGCC. Sealed insulating glass shall meet ASTM E774, class B. Glass shall be hermetically dual sealed, inert gas filled, double pane units with exterior 3/16” bronze float glass (IoE second surface), ½” air space, and interior 3/16” clear float glass. Insulated panels, if used, shall be 1” laminated panels equal to Xxxxx Industries architectural panels with a porcelain fused-on finish. Wired or clear fire-rated glass shall be UL approved. Safety glass shall be tempered or laminated, and shall meet ANSI 297.1 standard.

  • Restrooms The restrooms, toilets, urinals, vanities and the other apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which they were constructed, and no foreign substance of any kind whatsoever shall be thrown therein. The expense of any breakage, stoppage or damage resulting from the violation of this rule shall be borne by the Tenant whom, or whose employees or invitees, shall have caused it.

  • Graffiti Franchisee shall require in all contracts (entered into after the Effective Date) with each of its customers of their Solid Waste Collection Services to maintain the Container, as defined in Chapter 9.04 of the City Code or as amended from time to time, free from graffiti. Franchisee’s Containers may display the name, address and/or phone number of the Franchisee, identification numbering or lettering assigned by the Franchisee, and any warnings, notices or instructions posted by Franchisee. If Franchisee’s customers do not remove graffiti from the Franchisee’s Containers, then Franchisee shall remove the graffiti and may bill its customer for the cost or replace the Container at the customer’s expense. If, after five days notice from the Director, the Franchisee or its customer has not removed the graffiti or replaced the Containers, then the City may cover or remove the graffiti or the Container.

  • Irrigation An irrigation reduced pressure zone (hereinafter referred to as “RPZ”) is required for any irrigation systems and must be installed by the Developer and/or eventual lot owner and tested in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Health Guidelines for Designing Backflow Prevention Assembly Installations (hereinafter referred to as “Guidelines”). The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.
