Marketing, Sales and Administrative Support. During the term of the Master Agreement OMNIA Partners intends to provide marketing, sales, partnership development and administrative support for Supplier pursuant to this section that directly promotes the Supplier’s products and services to Participating Public Agencies through multiple channels, each designed to promote specific products and services to Public Agencies on a national basis. OMNIA Partners will assign the Supplier a Director of Partner Development who will serve as the main point of contact for the Supplier and will be responsible for managing the overall relationship between the Supplier and OMNIA Partners. The Director of Partner Development will work with the Supplier to develop a comprehensive strategy to promote the Master Agreement and will connect the Supplier with appropriate stakeholders within OMNIA Partners including, Sales, Marketing, Contracting, Training, and Operations & Support. The OMNIA Partners marketing team will work in conjunction with Supplier to promote the Master Agreement to both existing Participating Public Agencies and prospective Public Agencies through channels that may include:

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The strategic consulting services (the "Services"): Party A engages Party B to provide to Party A the strategic consulting services specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1") from the execution date of this Agreement.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification.   • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:

  • Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES The Parties will identify and collaborate on measures to assist those students who may not be performing satisfactorily to succeed. The School will seek guidance from the College designee(s) in the areas of test preparation, tutoring, College Connection services, academic advising, and the development of an integrated support system for Students across the two institutions. Students will have access to the same or similar tutoring and other academic support as provided for other students in the School District, School and College. To promote academic success, the Parties will provide academic support services as may be needed. The School counselor and its designee will work to ensure Students receive pertinent information regarding higher education, financial assistance, and assistance waivers for tuition and fees. As needed, each Party will assist families as they complete initial application and admission requirements per the respective organizations’ processes. The School District will be responsible for non-academic counseling services and the College is authorized, but not required, to provide emergency counseling intervention services. See section 4 – Disability Support Services.

  • PRODUCT SUPPORT Partners may provide support for Products and other value-added services, and Partner is responsible for the performance of any services it provides. If Customer purchases Microsoft Support Services through a Partner, Microsoft will be responsible for the performance of those services subject to the terms of this Agreement. Pricing and payment If Customer orders from a Partner, the Partner will set Customer’s pricing and payment terms for that order, and Customer will pay the amount due to the Partner. Pricing and payment terms related to orders placed by Customer directly with Microsoft are set by Microsoft, and Customer will pay the amount due as described in this section.
