Common use of Master Safety Committee Clause in Contracts

Master Safety Committee. The Employer and the Union will jointly set up a Master Safety Committee, made up of two (2) members from the Union and two (2) members from the Company, to discuss and work toward resolving safety issues in the workplace. The Master Safety Committee will meet periodically, and no less frequently than once per quarter, to review workplace safety matters. The parties will discuss and work toward resolving safety in the workplace. In addition, the Company and the Union agree that they will continue to discuss and jointly address safety related issues and/or questions about the Company’s safety program in good faith.
