Materials and Expenses. Materials and Expenses. AEO charges for inventoried materials at the rates listed on the Time and Materials Rate Schedule. Materials not obtained from inventory but purchased for the work are billed at their direct cost plus the xxxx-up shown on the Time and Materials Rate Schedule. Likewise, all direct expenses incurred as part of the work such as subcontracted services, are billed at cost plus the listed xxxx-up. Insurance and Bonding is billed as shown on the Time and Materials Rate Schedule under Insurance and Bonding.
Materials and Expenses. Company shall furnish Distributor with copies of all prospectuses, financial statements and other documents and materials which Distributor reasonably requests for use in connection with the distribution of the Contracts.
