Materials Request. To the extent Supplier is authorized to and permissibly publishes reports, presentations, statistics or other materials that relate to or include JPMC Data, upon JPMC’s request, Supplier will provide such items to JPMC; provided, however, that this provision shall impose no obligation on Supplier to provide JPMC with confidential data of another financial institution client of Suppler, the provision of which breaches Supplier’s contractual confidentiality obligations to such entity.
