Maternity Leave without Allowance. Member who has been employed by the Employer for at least seven consecutive months, but who does not meet the eligibility requirements for a maternity leave allowance under Clause 28.25 is entitled to 17 weeks of maternity leave without pay. The Member must provide written notice to the Xxxx at least four weeks before the start of the maternity leave and provide Human Resources with a medical certificate specifying the expected date of delivery.
