Matters beyond our reasonable control. If we cannot fulfil, or are delayed in fulfilling, or are interrupted in continuing to fulfil, our obligations under this Agreement because of something beyond our reasonable control such as, without limitation, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war, or military operations, national or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority, acts or omissions of other communications suppliers or network operators, or industrial disputes of any kind, (including those involving our employees or suppliers), we will not be liable for this.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 13.1 Sometimes we may not be able to provide the Products or we may need to change how we provide the Products because of something beyond our reasonable control. The following events and circumstances will be deemed beyond our reasonable control: war, acts of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, fire, floods, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown (including of machinery, equipment, and vehicles), any public or private road being blocked, industrial action (including by our workforce), epidemic, pandemic, governmental actions and any other event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control whether similar or dissimilar to any of the foregoing.
13.2 If any of the events described in clause 13.1 happen, we will not be liable at all to you for any breach of this Agreement or otherwise liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations under the Agreement.
13.3 We will try to notify you promptly about any event which affects our ability to provide the Products and we will try to resume our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
13.4 If we are not able to carry out our duties fully for more than 4 weeks in a row, you can end this Agreement by giving us notice.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 14.1 If either of us cannot do what we have promised in this Agreement because of something beyond our reasonable control such as, without limitation, lightning, flood, exceptionally severe weather, fire, explosion, terrorism, war, military operations, national or local emergency, epidemics and pandemics, civil disorder, industrial disputes (whether or not involving our employees), acts or omissions of persons for whom we are not responsible (including other telecommunication providers), or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities, such party will not be liable for this.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 11.1. We’ll not be legally responsible to you if we cannot provide the Services because of something outside our reasonable control.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 16.1 We will not be liable for failing to do what is promised under this agreement if we are prevented from doing so by something outside our reasonable control which will include (but is not limited to) lightning, flood or severe weather conditions, fire or explosion, civil disorder, damage or vandalism to our network or equipment, terrorist activities, war, actions of local or national governments or other authorities, or industrial disputes.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 9.1 We are not responsible for events beyond Our reasonable control, including any acts or omissions by Third Party Operators. Such events might include network failures, war, terrorist activity, riots, industrial action, strikes, malicious damage, fire, flood, storm, nuclear accident or compliance with any new law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction. We may suspend or cancel the Service (or any part of it) if, despite trying to do so, We are not able to provide it to You as a result of events beyond Our reasonable control.

Matters beyond our reasonable control. 1. Neither we, Virgin Mobile nor Virgin Media Payments will be liable for failing to do what is promised under this agreement if it is prevented from doing so by matters beyond our reasonable control.
Matters beyond our reasonable control. 11.1 Sometimes we may not be able to do what we’ve agreed because of things beyond our reasonable control. This could be things such as lightning, flood, severe weather, fire, explosion, terrorist activities, war, riots, damage or vandalism to our network, equipment, or any apparatus we’ve installed, anything done by local or national governments or other public authorities, or strikes or other industrial action. There may be other reasons not listed above. We will not be liable for delays caused by such events.
