Common use of Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. The unused portion of an employee’s sick leave shall accrue for her future benefits to a maximum of one thousand and fifty (1050) hours.

Maximum Accumulation of Sick Leave. The unused portion of an employee’s Employee's sick leave that is unused each year shall accrue for her use in future benefits years, to a maximum of one thousand forty-five (45) days or three hundred and fifty sixty (1050360) hours.
