Maximum Benefit Period Clause Samples
The Maximum Benefit Period clause defines the longest duration for which benefits will be paid under an insurance policy or similar agreement. Typically, this period is set in months or years, such as two years or until the insured reaches a certain age, and once this period ends, no further benefits are payable regardless of ongoing eligibility. This clause serves to limit the insurer's or provider's financial exposure and provides clear expectations to the policyholder about the maximum timeframe for receiving benefits.
Maximum Benefit Period. To the last day of the month coincident with or next following age 65, the date the employee retires on pension with the employer or is eligible for an unreduced full pension with the employer, the date of death or the date the employee is no longer totally disabled, whichever is the earliest. This benefit ends on the date the employee retires or attains age 65, if earlier. All employee insurance ends on the earliest of: 1. termination of employment,
Maximum Benefit Period. The maximum benefit shall be for 104 weeks following the elimination period. For purposes of determining length of period, a week shall be seven days. In the event of death during the maximum period of benefits, benefits shall continue for four weeks after death but not to exceed the maximum period.
Maximum Benefit Period. No Benefits are payable after the end of the Maximum Benefit Period which is 12 months from the date of incurred claim, i.e., first day for which were calculated.
