Drug Use. Drug use is the consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation or other use of any drug/controlled substance.
Drug Use. Anyone attending the function observed using any illegal drugs shall be removed immediately from the Town property. Drug use may be cause for immediate termination of the function.
Drug Use. All NT members will be “drug-free” except for medication prescribed by a physician, which has been declared to the team manager and coaching staff. There will be zero tolerance for the use of illegal drug substances by any member of the NT. NT members must ensure that the sport is conducted in an environment free of drug or alcohol abuse. It is inconsistent with this obligation for any NT member to:
1. Use or provide to a third party any drug prescribed by applicable federal, provincial, or municipal law;
2. Assist or condone any competing athlete's use of a drug banned by the International Olympic Committee, International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), World Anti-Doping Agency, Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport, Canadian Olympic Committee, GCG, or, in case of athlete members, to use such drugs or refuse to submit to properly conducted drug tests administered by one of those organizations;
Drug Use. Employee acknowledges that the use, possession, or sale of narcotics, hallucinogens, depressants, stimulants, marijuana, or other controlled substances other than alcohol on Company premises or while in pursuit of Company business is prohibited. (This does not apply to medication prescribed by a licensed physician and taken in accordance with such prescription). The use of the above substances on or away from Company premises or of any other substance such as alcohol so as to adversely affect Employee's job performance, or which may reflect unfavorably on public confidence in the manner in which Company carries out its responsibilities is also prohibited. This section is not intended to prohibit the use of alcohol in conjunction with business entertainment or in office related formal or informal social activities so long as the use of alcohol does not affects Employee's job performance, or which may reflect unfavorably on public confidence in the manner in which Company carries out its responsibilities. During the term of Employee's employment, Employee may be required to undergo physical examinations and/or medical tests by a health care professional and tests to determine the presence of drugs, as required by the Company and as permitted by law.
Drug Use. Project Consultant certifies that s/he will not engage in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession, or use of a controlled substance during the Period of Performance.
Drug Use. Substance misuse is associated with adverse health outcomes and presents a major health challenge for Dundee. It is estimated that there are 59,600 problem drug users in Scotland as a whole, with 8.4% of these being in Tayside. In 2009/10, within Tayside, Dundee City had the highest rate of the three council areas and the prevalence was also higher than the overall Scotland rate. Drug Use. Xxxxxx Construction, Inc. has a no tolerance drug policy. The use of drugs by any person on the project is prohibited. If this policy is not followed, the offender will be removed from the job-site and a report will be made to his employer.

Drug Use. 25.1 The Graduate Union adopts a Zero Tolerance approach to the use of illicit drugs.
25.2 The use of illicit substances is illegal under Australian law and is not permitted. All incidents of illicit drug use will be reported to the police and to the university with which the Resident is involved (enrolled, working or visiting). Illicit drug use or any form of trafficking or coercion involving drugs will result in expulsion from the college immediately and forever.
25.3 Residents who take prescribed medications are advised to adhere strictly to their doctor’s recommended dosage and must not allow access to these medications by any other person. It is recommended that The Graduate Union is informed of the need for a Resident to take prescribed drugs, and of the methods for administration, particularly in case of emergency.
Drug Use. The use, possession or sale of any illegal drugs is not permitted under any circumstances in the Residence building or campus grounds. Violation of this regulation, including the possession of drug paraphernalia, may lead to notice of termination of the offender’s License Agreement and eviction. Roommates who are aware of drug use by another resident are expected, for the benefit of all, to report this information to the Residence Management.
