Common use of Maximum Hours Clause in Contracts

Maximum Hours. The maximum number of floating holiday hours an employee may have at any time during the fiscal year is twenty-seven (27) hours. Employees hired between July 1 and December 31 will receive twenty-seven (27) hours of floating holiday upon date of hire. Employees hired between January 1 and June 30 will receive t h i r t e e n a n d o n e - h a l f ( 1 3 . 5 ) hours of floating holiday upon date of hire. Unused floating holiday hours are not subject to cash out upon termination.
