Maximum Leave. The Employer shall grant leave of absence without pay to members of the Board of Directors of the Institute for the purposes of Institute business on the following basis: (a) a single absence must not exceed seven (7) days; (b) there must not be more than four (4) members absent at one time; and (c) the total of such absences granted to any individual member of the Board of Directors shall net exceed thirty (30) working days in any calendar year.
