Maximum Number of Vehicles. 3 cars. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $400 is required. This must be received within five (5) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.  No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.  No bringing pets and no smoking during the stay.  All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes and pots are cleaned.  All keys and garage opener are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked.  All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.  No linens are lost or damaged.  No furniture (ex. bed, table & chair) and lamps moved.  No early check-in or late checkout.  No damage in plumbing system. If it is found that anything other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages of up to four hundred dollars ($400).  Customer has the obligation to pay additional charge if the damage exceeds $400. RETURNED CHECK POLICY - If your check is returned, you must pay $50 penalty. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at most 30 days before arrival.   • Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.

  • Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.
